We focus on simple, controlled techniques inspired by submission wrestling and jiu-jitsu:

No experience needed. You don’t need to be “tough.” You don’t need to be in shape first either. That’s what the classes are for.
Sessions are designed to be approachable and safe, with easy warm-ups, clear instruction, and controlled training that won’t leave you feeling destroyed the next morning. You’ll get a great workout, sharpen coordination, and build real-world strength in a relaxed environment.
