Super-flexible time schedule:
I keep the mat open almost every afternoon—most days after 1 PM is fair game.

  • Some days it’s a 1-on-1 experience, other days three or four guys drop in. Same drills, same safety, just a different headcount.
  • No rigid class blocks, no “7:05 PM warm-up whistle.” We work around real-world jobs, kids, hangovers—whatever. Just be on time.

Why the hoop?
It’s my home mat, not a public gym. I need to know you’re cool, sane, and understand our tap-early, safety-first culture before you wander in.

What I’m looking for

  • Respectful attitude (egos get you bounced).
  • Comfortable with physical contact and controlled grappling.
  • Okay with mixed group sizes—sometimes just you and me, sometimes a few other guys.
  • Over 21. No exceptions.
