SCHEDULE & PRICING
Schedule & How to Start
Simple, Flexible, and Beginner-Friendly
Because Wrestling for Fitness is a private, informal club, our schedule is highly flexible. We don't have chaotic, packed mats or rigid commercial gym hours. Our sessions adjust to fit the guys in the club—meaning your training might be a small group, or it might be a personalized, one-on-one session with the coach.
How to Book Your Free Intro Lesson
We keep our training space private to protect our culture. It's simple to see if we're a good fit for you:
- Drop Your Info: Fill out the quick form below with your name, age, and any training background.
- Quick Phone Chat: We’ll have a brief call to talk about your goals and make sure we're on the same page.
- Get the Details: We’ll set a time for your free intro session and send you the exact location.
Why the Private Screening?
We train out of a private facility, not a public commercial gym. Because our focus is entirely on a safety-first, injury-freeenvironment, we want to chat with every guy beforehand to ensure they are respectful, sane, and onboarding with the right mindset.
Who We're Looking For:
- Beginner’s Mindset: You are eager to learn and completely leave your ego at the door.
- Respectful & Safe: You prioritize your training partner's safety and longevity as much as your own.
- Comfortable with Close Contact: You're ready for hands-on, controlled grappling drills.
- Adults Only: You must be over 21 to train with us. No exceptions.
PRICING
Pay-What-You-Can. Seriously.
Wrestling for Fitness isn’t a commercial gym built for profit; it’s a dedicated training spot where everyday guys can learn, sweat, and get fit affordably. While we don't do contracts or high membership fees, keeping the mats clean and the room air-conditioned still costs a little something.
Because of that, we run on an HONESTY PRICING SYSTEM:
- • Running Lean? Chip in whatever fits your budget—even if it's just a couple of bucks. Just show up on time, train hard, and be respectful.
- • The Standard Drop-In: A suggested $5 to $10 per session helps us cover basic mat maintenance and utilities.
- • Feeling Flush? If you're doing well and want to drop a little extra, your generosity directly helps cover the next new guy's lesson.
-
- That’s the whole deal. No signup fees, no hidden costs, and zero pressure. Just pitch in what you can to help keep the lights on and the mats rolling.
