Like a lot of guys, I spent years training in heavy, high-intensity combat styles—from submission wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Vale Tudo and military combatives.


I love grappling, and I know firsthand that the natural instinct and desire to test your limits, wrestle, and compete is hardwired into us. But after collecting my own share of injuries and watching everyday guys get unnecessarily smashed in chaotic MMA gyms, I realized traditional martial arts schools are failing the average person. You shouldn't have to risk a torn ligament or a concussion just to get a good workout.


That’s why I designed Wrestling for Fitness.


I stripped away the high-risk, injury-producing moves, the massive gym fees, and the toxic egos. Instead, I created a simple, controlled, and easy-to-learn way for regular guys of all ages to satisfy that urge to grapple, build incredible cardio, and learn basic self-defense—all in a safe, informal, and friendly atmosphere where longevity comes first.
